As you may already know, the Future Transport 2056 draft strategy was published recently. As an industry stakeholder, you are invited to have your say and 'react to the future'.
Future Transport 2056 is a ground-breaking new transport vision for NSW. Developed by Transport for NSW, it focuses on the decisions we need to make now, to help us prepare for the big changes across the State over the next 40 years.
For the first time, the Future Transport 2056 strategy moves away from a printed document rewritten every five years to an online document regularly updated to adapt to our rapidly changing world.
There are a number of ways to get involved. The way to give the most qualitative feedback is to submit a proposal via the submission portal. This channel has been specifically set up for industry stakeholders. Instructions on how to make a submission are available via the link.
You can also leave a comment and share your reaction via the comment box (comments will not be made public).
In addition the Future Transport Roadshow is also coming to 32 locations around NSW over the next few months, so you can talk to the team and discuss what the future can hold. You can also check the events page or the Facebook page.
But don’t miss your chance, as you only have until December 3 to give your feedback and react to the future.
